Buying with local pickup

1. Browse and Add Items to Your Cart

• Explore Products: Browse through the products on our website and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
• Review Cart: Once you have everything, click on the cart icon at the top right to review your selections.

2. Choose Local Pickup

• Select Pickup Location: During the checkout process, choose Local Pickup as your shipping option.
• Available Locations: You can choose from the following pickup locations:
  • Kiserian Eureka
  • Kiserian Sokoni
  • Rimpa Road
  • Gataka

3. Provide Your Details

• Billing Information: Enter your billing details (name, address, contact info).
• Contact Information: Make sure we have the correct phone number so we can notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Complete the Purchase

• Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method (e.g., M-PESA, credit card).
• Confirm Order: Review your order one last time and confirm all details before completing the purchase.

5. Pickup Notification

• After your order is processed and ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification via email or SMS with details on when and where to pick up your order.

6. Pick Up Your Order

• Visit the Selected Pickup Location: Go to the pickup store at your chosen location during business hours.
• Bring Your ID or Order Confirmation: When you arrive, present your order confirmation email or SMS, and we’ll hand over your items.

7. Pickup Timeframe

• Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will typically be ready for pickup within 2-3 hours, depending on product availability.
