1. Fees

We charge only the following fees for services related to your orders:

• Shipping Fees:

  • Store Pickup: Free of charge for all orders.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges will vary depending on your location. You can view the estimated shipping fee at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

• Payment Fees:

  • M-PESA: No additional fee for payments via M-PESA.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: There are no hidden charges for credit/debit card transactions, but some banks may charge their own processing fees.

• Refund Fees:

  • No Refund Processing Fees: We do not charge fees for processing refunds for orders that are eligible for cancellation or returns.

2. Reporting and Order History

To keep track of your orders and purchases, you can access detailed reporting in your account:

• Order History:

  • Log in to your account and go to the My Orders section to view past orders, track deliveries, and check the status of any pending or completed orders.
  • Each order includes a detailed breakdown of the items purchased, prices, shipping information, and payment status.

• Invoice and Receipts:

  • Once your order is completed, you will receive an invoice with a summary of the items, prices, and applicable taxes.
  • You can download and print invoices for your records from your Order History section.

• Payment Reports:

  • If you need detailed reports of your payments, you can request a statement from our customer support team for a breakdown of transactions.

3. Custom Reporting (For Businesses or Bulk Orders)

If you need custom reports or bulk order tracking (for business purchases), you can contact our support team to request detailed data on your orders. This might include order quantities, total spend, shipping details, and more.

4. Dispute Reporting

• If you notice discrepancies or errors in any fees charged or reports, please reach out to our support team to resolve any issues quickly.
