Shipping rates for buyers

1. Local Pickup

• Fee: Free
• You can select one of our four local pickup locations (Kiserian Eureka, Kiserian Sokoni, Rimpa Road, and Gataka) at checkout. There are no shipping fees if you choose this option.

2. Delivery to Your Address

Shipping fees will be calculated based on your delivery location and the size of your order. The rates are as follows:

• Within Local Areas (e.g., Kiserian, Ngong, etc.):

  • Standard Delivery: KSh 150 for orders below Ksh 1,500
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above., KSh 3,000.

• Outside Local Areas (e.g., Nairobi and other towns):

  • Standard Delivery: KSh 250 based on delivery distance and order size.
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above Ksh 6,000.

3. Delivery Time

• Local Deliveries: Typically, deliveries within our local areas are made within 2–4 Hrs.
• Out-of-Town Deliveries: These may take 3-7 hrs, depending on the distance and your location.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track the status of your delivery.
